Wakota CAER Calendar of Events
Check this page for the schedule of our upcoming events, classes, and meetings. Annually members that attend at least 70% of the General Membership meetings [not including the Community Leaders Luncheon or the Annual River Cruise] receive a membership Incentive Award. To be eligible, must be a member of Wakota CAER and sign the Attendence Log at each meeting.
2013 General Membership Meeting Dates - Unless otherwise noted, meetings are held the 2nd Tuesday of each month at 9:30AM, at the Wakota CAER office, 7064 Point Douglas Road, Cottage Grove.
March 12th - Speaker: Jeff Agnes (Servpro), presentling on Hurricane Sandy clean-up and response efforts.
April 9th - No speaker yet scheduled
May 14th - Community Leaders Luncheon, Speaker: Mark Griffon of the Chemical Safety Board. Mr. Griffon's topic will be "Success Through Shared Goals"; relating to the need for communities to diligently work with identified threats within their borders and beyond. Mr. Griffon's bio here
